- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns ONLY under these conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong product
These are the only valid reasons for return, due to hygiene and safety rules.

- Conditions for Return Approval
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- You must share clear photos/videos showing the issue
If any of the above conditions are not met, the return request may be declined.

Items NOT Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Returns based on personal liking/disliking of the shade
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund (only if customer prefers)
- Refund once initiated the amount will be credited in original payment method within 7 business days.

Replacements
If the product is damaged/defective/incorrect and stock is available:
- We may provide a replacement instead of a refund
- If stock is not available, a refund will be processed

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipping
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within standard timelines

- Products damaged due to improper handling/storage are not eligible.
