Kalobio – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kalobio. We want you to have a smooth and safe experience with our cosmetic products. Since cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive items, our Refund & Return Policy is designed to ensure customer safety and product integrity.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns ONLY under these conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong product

These are the only valid reasons for return, due to hygiene and safety rules.

  1. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • You must share clear photos/videos showing the issue

If any of the above conditions are not met, the return request may be declined.

  1. Items NOT Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Returns based on personal liking/disliking of the shade
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  1. Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund (only if customer prefers)
  • Refund once initiated the amount will be credited in original payment method within 7 business days.

  1. Replacements

If the product is damaged/defective/incorrect and stock is available:

  • We may provide a replacement instead of a refund
  • If stock is not available, a refund will be processed

  1. How to Raise a Return Request

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within standard timelines

  1. Important Notes

  • Kalobio reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on evidence.
  • All complaints must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling/storage are not eligible.
