Kalobio – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders within India.

  1. Shipping Availability

Kalobio currently ships only within India.

We do not accept or deliver international orders at this time.

Any order placed from outside India will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

  1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or national holidays.
  • If there is a delay due to stock issues or high order volume, we will notify you by email.

  1. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your PIN code and courier service.

Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 days
  • Non-metro cities: 5–9 days
  • Remote locations: 7–12 days

These are estimated timelines — delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier workload.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping during promotions, or
  • Minimum order value for free delivery

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS
  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s website

Sometimes tracking may take 12–24 hours to update.

  1. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

Kalobio is not responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Incomplete address
  • Customer not available to receive the package
  • Phone number not reachable

If the order returns to us, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

  1. Damaged or Opened Package

If the delivered package appears:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered

Please do not accept it from the courier.

Contact us immediately at care@kalobio.com with photos/videos.

  1. Multiple Items in One Order

Sometimes your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Warehouse location
  • Courier arrangements

We will always keep you updated.

  1. Delivery Delays

We try our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes
  • Festivals
  • Logistic partner delays
  • Remote location routes

Such delays are outside our control, but we will assist you as much as possible.
